BMR Formula (Mifflin-St Jeor)
Male BMR = (10 × kg) + (6.25 × cm) − (5 × age) + 5 Female BMR = (10 × kg) + (6.25 × cm) − (5 × age) − 161 This is the most accurate widely-used formula. Your BMR is the calories needed just to keep your body functioning — breathing, circulation, organ function — with zero activity.
