Frequently Asked Questions

How accurate is this prediction?
The mid-parental height formula is accurate within ±2 inches (1 SD) for most children. Nutrition, health, and sleep significantly affect whether a child reaches their genetic potential.
Can I do anything to maximise my child's height?
Ensure adequate nutrition (protein, calcium, vitamin D), sufficient sleep (growth hormone peaks during deep sleep), and regular physical activity. Avoid smoking exposure. These help a child reach their genetic potential.
